Augmented Reality: KHARMA Open Standard

A research team at Georgia Tech hopes to make augmented reality (AR) on smart phones more useful by developing an open standard for it.

I can think of some AR applications for magic. How about 3D sigils drawn in places for people to see with their AR viewers? Or a mantra that plays on location? Entities positioned at four quarters? Listing/linking magical correspondences for colors or objects in view? Ley line visualization?
